DARIAH-FI is a new research infrastructure but we do not begin from a blank slate. We build on expertise in data-intensive SSH research available across Finland. Our ”offices” are local nodes that offer an easy access to the national infrastructure. We wanted to organize from the bottom up: each node enjoys freedom to specialize according to its own interests. By contacting your local office, you can meet local DARIAH-FI representatives, plan collaborations for future projects, or simply ask guidance from a real human being. We foster a vision of a grand network of Open Science Hubs that together make data-intensive SSH research more accessible, more transparent and more sustainable in Finland.
