Evidence-based RI Development

Keeping a close dialogue between users and developers of the infrastructure and collecting user data logs enables continuous monitoring of RI performance and evidence-based development of tools and protocols. The foreseen impact is that a careful analysis reveals critical points for the development of the research infrastructure and highlights educational needs. We have national surveys made by DARIAH-FI and local surveys by various partners, but we need to collect and constantly monitor user needs to develop the infrastructure. We will develop a user experience questionnaire, a protocol to collect and analyze interaction log data from the services and a protocol to collect user experiences from workshops and training sessions.
